Our Purpose is to engage our employees with strategic content – which helps drive organizational goals as well as increases employee knowledge – using an collaborative mobile interface

To achieve the purpose, Purple Circle brings the following to you: 
Organizational content, which is distributed across several interesting forms

Magazines – these are stories from across the organization which are published in the form of newsletters or magazines today. For example, Elixir.
Organizational Channels – Purple Circle allows us to create channels of news or stories which are relevant to the entire organization or even a specific group of employees. Strategic initiatives like Data Integrity or Business units like Manufacturing can have their own channels where they engage with employees.
