InTrack

          The InTrack system uses a combination of Cloud based server, with apps for Tablets, PDAs and Mobile Devices to enable and automate SAP© transactions throughout the supply chain.
 
·           InTrack is integrated with the SAP© Materials Management and Sales and Distribution modules in SAP© ECC 6 in release 1.

·           Stock is tagged at the point of receipt at the national warehouse, and those RFID/Barcode tags are used to trace and automate SAP© transactions as the stock moves along the supply chain.
·           InTrack is based on a hub and spoke topology of Warehouses and includes the capability to handle stock transfer between the central hub or hubs, and the satellite warehouses in a fully meshed design. Move your stock to where you need it.
·           InTrack is also supplied on Tablets and PDAs as a Windows© based application for use within the Warehouse. These devices are equipped with HF and UHF scanning as well as Barcode scanning so that stock can be scanned and that scanning will then result in the trigger of a transaction in SAP©.
·           Barcode printers are integrated with the Tablets and PDA’s to enable new tags to be printed. The printers simultaneously print a Barcode and Stock details on the label while encoding the RFID tag with details about the stock.
·           InTrack is capable of tracing the stock as it moves to the very edge of the supply chain, and includes the capability to handle the return of stock.
·           Stock return condition can be flagged. Unused stock can be returned to the Warehouse. Damaged stock can be returned and flagged for repair.
·           InTrack provides complete transparency of all stock moving along the supply chain, and those movements are reflected back to SAP© so that SAP© remains the Single Point of Truth. Maintain a complete audit trail for the movement of your stock.
·           Once stock is transferred from Warehouse to an individual, that individual can use their mobile phone to consume and return stock, using the Barcodes printed on the RFID labels. Trace your inventory once it leaves your warehouse.
·           Powerful search capabilities allow any user to search the entire inventory using only their mobile phone. Find your stock when you need it.
