LingoStand is a New World Language Learning App that makes it possible to read content that interests you while learning about that language.

LingoStand is fun, engaging and full of unique features.

LingoStand empowers you by providing easy access to Artificial Intelligence tools and blends them in a flow-like-experience, so you can understand, pronounce and use faster a language in real life. 

- If you like to read and like to learn a new language by reading, LingoStand is for you.
- If you are a teacher and need an interactive tool to assist your teaching, LingoStand is for you.
- If you give presentations in a language that is not your native, LingoStand is for you.

LingoStand allows you to choose between up to date news articles from many sources, preloaded stories, or using content and documents you already own, which can be in the form of PDF's, presentations, word documents, and other formats. You can also copy plain text and create games out of them.

LingoStand favors learning the most frequent words of a language, this method helps you to communicate faster. However, you can choose other word sets if desired.

By separating the text in sentences, and saving your reading progress, you can learn at your own pace while reading short and long-form content.

After each sentence, LingoStand gives you the option to play a fun game.

Earn points and reward to keep you motivated in your learning process. 

LingoStand is great for teachers and learners alike since it can use the A.I. technologies to identify words and colorize them linguistically, such as Verbs, Nouns, and Pronouns.

LingoStand is great for practicing speeches and powerpoint presentations since you can upload them and check your pronunciation and the readability difficulty.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT USED A.I. MODULES:

- We are constantly testing different NLP Modules (Natural Language Processing Modules) from different providers. However, NLP is considered successful with a 90% accuracy rate. This means that some translation, sentence segmentation, part of speech colors, pronunciations, and other features might sometimes give inaccurate results.

- We believe that a 90% accuracy rate is enough for learning a language for real practical purpose.


IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT CREDITS:

You can earn credits in the app, which you will be able to exchange for features such as New Accents, New Games, Talking Speed and so on. However, at the moment they have no use. As we develop new features you will be able to exchange credits for them.
