Decision makers can use the comfortable ERP app Dynamics GO to retrieve and capture Microsoft Dynamics NAV data via iPhone or iPad. It allows you to get an overview of your activities at any time and act quickly if needed: Capture new quotes and orders while on the road, approve documents, and create and edit tasks and activities for contacts – Dynamics GO makes it possible.

Stay on top of your business
While on the road, you can gain access to all tables available in your central ERP system: For example, you can filter a customer’s invoices or production orders for the current year. With Dynamics GO, you can enter new data directly into all fields of your primary Dynamics NAV system. 
For instance, the app can show sales representatives of a furniture manufacturer which pieces of furniture are on sale in a certain furniture store, which pieces have already been sold, and when they were taken out of the showroom. The employee can use the app onsite to capture new data, to maintain the system, or to confirm entered information.
Offline, but up-to-date 
Dynamics GO’s special feature is its intelligent data transfer: When there’s no signal, you can enter data offline as well. App data will by synchronized with the ERP system as soon as the network connection is re-established. This way, Dynamics GO will help increase your business’s mobility.
Dynamics GO is available in German and English and supports the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), as well as the use of a Virtual Private Network (VPN). The users’ access rights require no separate setup in the app: They are retrieved directly from your ERP solution. 
Dynamics GO is compatible with iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. It requires iOS 5.0 or higher.
