Scan a specially designed Thoughtz® Token in a participating business and the app will present you with their personalised feedback questions. Answering the questions is super fast and easy, and allows you to be totally honest while also helping the business improve their services and products.

The Thoughtz® system is designed to protect your privacy as the businesses only receive the aggregated results of their questions. This allows you (the user) to give totally honest feedback without worrying about hurting feelings etc. Even better, the business gets honest feedback to help them improve what they do, which means you get better service and products. This is the key difference between reviews and feedback - Thoughtz® is purely about feedback, so it can never hurt the business like reviews do and you never have to feel guilty about what you say.
