          Doer is a leading end-to-end recruitment marketplace that helps connect employers and job seekers in the blue and grey collar job segments. Our goal is to make hiring easy, quick and convenient for everyone involved using advanced technology for completely removing the significant information asymmetry, which exists between the employers and job seekers.

Back in 2018, we recognised a recurring problem in the large blue and grey collar job markets in Bangladesh. Access to a trustworthy database of candidates in the entry level and blue and grey collar job segments was largely restricted and the hiring process was highly disorganised. Doer was thus born as a means to address this problem.

Our vision and mission is to revolutionize recruitment in the blue and grey collar sectors in Bangladesh in a manner that every job seeker gets a perfect job and every employer is connected to the right job seeker with the least friction. In order to achieve this, we have built a complex yet user-friendly geo-positioning mobile platform for both employees and job seekers to provide information on the most suitable jobs, be it based on their skill-set or their location or other parameters critical to them.
