IKB-e-laden

          Flexible charging in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Italy with the “IKB-e-laden” app developed in 2020.

The free “IKB-e-laden” app offers costumer friendly tariffs of good value for IKB customers for charging systems at home as well as abroad. Through a flexible tariff arrangement in the “IKB-e-laden” app, you have access to over 7,000 charging stations. 

After the registration process, “IKB-e-laden” customers profit from fair, quantity (AC) or time (DC) dependent charging tariffs at the charging stations of the IKB and their partners as well as from the access to Community and Roaming-Hub charging stations of the be.ENERGISED.

The “IKB-e-laden” app enables you to directly choose between our charging tariffs in the application. You can see and set them up in the menu under “contracts”.

By choosing the charging tariff “IKB-e-laden” you get access to all charging stations of the IKB as well as to the charging stations of their partners throughout Austria. In the overview of charging points (charging map) all charging stations that can be used by you are displayed. The respective conditions of the charging point are displayed directly in the app. 

The “IKB-e-laden-roaming” tariff enables you to use the same conditions as with the “IKB-e-laden” tariff, however, with additional charging possibilities at selected providers in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Italy. For the use of the “IKB-e-laden-roaming” tariff a monthly basic fee in the amount of € 5.90 and per charging process a starting fee in the amount of € 0.24 each are charged. The costs of the respective charging station is passed over to you 1:1. Please note the tariff information of the respective charging point in the app.

Registration and set-up of the tariffs:

1. Download the “IKB-e-laden” app from the store.
2. “Register now”: Enter your personal details and accept the privacy policy as well as our general charging terms and conditions.
3. Choose the point “contracts” in the menu and choose “create a new contract” 
4. Inform yourself about the tariffs directly in the app and choose your preferred charging tariff.
5. Think of an individual description for the tariff and record your bank details. 
6. Profit from the fast and simple use of the “IKB-e-laden” app through QR code or direct choice of the charging point in the location overview.
