How To spoof location/mock location :

This fake gps app will allow applications to trick your phone into thinking it’s at a specific geographical location. Use fake gps as a location changer to fake the coordinates. In order to spoof location/mock location/mock gps location, First we need to activate developer options by following these steps.

On Xiaomi devices, this can be found in Settings > About phone > MIUI version.
On Samsung devices/Stock Rom devices, this can be found in Settings > About phone > Software information > Build number.

On Samsung devices/Stock Rom, you can find developer options by going to Settings > Developer Options. Turn on Mock location.
On Xiaomi devices, go to Settings > Additional Settings > Developer Options.
Turn on Mock Location.
Choose "Mock Fgps" app under "select mock location app".
It is recommend that you switch location mode to "GPS Only" or disable Location Services

"android.permission.ACCESS_MOCK_LOCATION" - to create mock location.
"android.permission.ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION" - to access location in the background.
"android.permission.UPDATE_APP_OPS_STATS" - to update app status for root users
"android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE" - to use Service.startForeground.
"android.permission.INJECT_EVENTS" - to inject mock location events for rooted users
"android.permission.INTERNET" - to fetch google maps for choosing fake location
