Trakit - Rep

          The "Trakit - Rep" app is a mobile-based solution that allows the delivery representatives of our customers to update in near real time the transit and delivery coordinates of totes earmarked for deliveries across the city to various locations. 
The app combines the robust crowd-sourced GPS functionality and integration of BLE technology. 

Depending on environment of use, one or multiple technologies are brought to function in tandem. It fuses the use of ‘smart objects’ (tags, labels, beacons…) to create an interactive supply chain. Thus it offers end-to- end traceability of everything a corporation manufactures - all the way from factory floor to the destination!

Features include:

 Simple registration process

 Totes, cases and palettes can tell you where they are and how they got there

 Send the current location of the tote assigned to the delivery personnel

 It is possible to alert the Warehouse and Medical Rep when a pre-defined event triggers an

action

 Automated update of the location and other shipment details per case assigned to the delivery

representative

Uses include:

 Update movement of the delivery item throughout the city in near real time

 Send the location of totes for specific cases are at any point in time

 Update data from backend to enable stock keeping

Other items:

 To enable crowd sourced location update, the other delivery personnel must use the "Stryker

Delivery App" in proximity

 Authorization needed to access the GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi of the smart phone

 It assists total asset visibility and full inventory history at backend

 It reduces lead-time and cross-docking time thus improving sort/pick rate

 It leads to reduction in storage and shelf space and also in reduced errors

 Overall reduces cost of operations
