Company Ratings

          Company Ratings lets you customize and rank the job criteria that are most important to you. You choose the criteria that you look for, and decide which are Must Have, Nice to Have, and Not Important to you. 

For example, you might want a “Learn new things” as a Must Have, and “Minimal Travel” as a Nice to Have. You then enter and rate your job prospects on each characteristic. Company Ratings will keep a running scorecard for you, so that you can compare your best prospects. 

We all know that emotions have a stronger pull then any logical comparison, and that's when the flexibility of Company Ratings becomes even more useful. Simply ask yourself what it is that gives you a strong reaction (positive or negative) to a potential job that otherwise has a mediocre score. Then change your criteria to match and see what happens when your emotional preferences are taken into account! 

The Company Ratings application has an intuitive interface with all initial setup defaulted for you. You can launch Company Ratings and immediately rank a potential job. At any time then or later, you can customize to suit yourself.
