GRILLING
Our grill recipes are filmed and tested on a kettle grill. We have found that the round all purpose grill is a great schocie for all kinds of outdoor cooking. The industrys standard Weber 22 can accomodate racks of ribs as well as several steaks. Ribs, Chicken and even brisket can be achived on a kettle grill.

BARBECUE SAUCES AND RUBS
Barbecue sauce and rubs add a lot of flavors to outdoor cooking. Rubs can crerate a lot of flavor and they are often the best choice. Bare hands are the best way to apply rubs, helping to evenly apply the rub.
We really are able to get creative when we mashup sauce recipes. How about "White Wasabi Barbecue Sauce" ? You may never go back to traditional KC sauce again.

SANDWICHES AND BURGERS
We feature a lot of burger and sandwich recipes on our site. They are just so many ways to improvise when you are cooking outdoors. We love to mash up sandwich and burger recipes. How about a " Smoked and Grilled Italian Hot Cut with Picked Red Onions"

FRESH SEAFOOD AND FISH
Don't forget that fresh seafood and fish are great on the grill. Who would not love fresh grilled lobster on a simple toasted roll! So much more. Each region has it's own specialty. Maryland has crabs. New England has lobster. We love to mash up recipes. Especially seafood recipes. How about a "Rockfish Rueben"? Or a "Prime Rib Big Mac Po Boy"?

SMOKE
Smoking is an old science. There are many ways to impart the flavor of wood smke to your meals. Logs, charcoal, chips and pellets are featured throught the year.
